Arrival at the airport
The location to collect you at the airport is the "meeting point" if there is no other descritption on your booking confirmation. The driver or dispatcher pick you up with a board "transferbus.net" or with your name on it.

Journey time
The journey time is an "apprx." journey time. For all transfers we calculated enough time for the duration to the airport, for a punctually check-in.

Delay of flight
Is your flight delayed, the driver is anyway waiting for you. Is the delay more then 60 minutes you are booked automatically on the next departure. Also in the night for the last arrivals, the driver is anyway waiting. Important is, that we have a contact phone number (mobile) from you, this is helpful for us.

Heavy luggage
Heavy luggage, for example mountain bikes, surfboards etc. must be ordered and confirmed additional for an extra charge. Ski and snowboard equipement we will transport for FREE at our ski resort destinations.

Lost luggage
Is your lugagge lost, please contact the staff at the lost&found desk at the airport. The handling agent of the airline will deliver the missed luggage to your destination. Did you forget anything in the transferbus, please contact our service center by phone or e-mail.

Booking confirmation
After your booking request, we will check the possibility and completeness manuall and send you a booking confirmation by e-mail. This manually check is important for our quality. The confirmation you receive normally within 24 hours. If you don't get a confirmation, please contact our service centre.

Vehicles
Transferbus transportes you in comfortable vehicles to your destination. All those are in european standards.

Acceptance of bookings
Bookings for transfers at your destination must be done minimum 24 hours prior to departure. Bookings which are coming later, we can not accept.

Prices for children
Children until 2 years are travelling for free, but do not have the right for a seperate seat. If an own seat is required please order a baby seat for an additional fee with your booking. This is also for the safety of your child.
